What I did — Project Coordination
A campaign film delivered under an unusually tight window, where my role was coordination rather than animation: breaking the brief into stages, distributing shots across the team and keeping every review cycle short enough that the schedule never slipped.
Most of the work happened before anyone opened a scene file — locking references, agreeing on what "done" looked like per shot, and sequencing the deliveries so feedback always arrived on work that was ready for it. The film was signed off on time with no overtime crunch.
