Information that may be used
Depending on the context, this may include:
- Your name, professional role, and organization.
- Your business email address and professional profile links.
- Public information about your organization’s work and location.
- Messages, project inquiries, referrals, and professional interaction history.
- The source and date of publicly available professional contact information.
- Information submitted through the website’s contact or booking features.
Sensitive personal information and unrelated private details are not intentionally collected for business development.
Where information comes from
Professional information may come directly from you, a referral, an existing professional relationship, your organization, official company websites, public professional profiles, approved directories, job listings, or professional contact-verification services.
Why information is used
Information may be used to:
- Respond to project inquiries and professional messages.
- Evaluate whether Alberto’s motion-design services may be relevant to an organization.
- Send limited, relevant business-development communications where permitted.
- Maintain professional relationship and interaction history.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and project delivery.
- Prevent duplicate contact and honor objections or opt-outs.
- Protect accounts, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Depending on the context and applicable law, the basis may be consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests in relevant professional communication. Where consent is required, communications will not be sent without it.
Sharing and service providers
Professional information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used for email, customer-relationship management, website hosting, scheduling, professional contact verification, file storage, or project operations. Only information needed for the relevant service should be used.
Some providers may process information in other countries. Where required, available contractual or legal safeguards should be used.
Retention
Active professional information is reviewed periodically and normally reverified within 6–12 months. Unused prospect research is normally archived or deleted after 12 months when there is no active relationship, opportunity, contractual need, legal obligation, or other documented reason to retain it.
If you ask not to be contacted, a minimal suppression record may be retained so that your preference can be respected.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to:
- Know whether information about you is held and receive access to it.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Object to business-development communications.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Request deletion or restriction of information.
- Ask where the information came from.
To make a request or opt out of future communication, email hello@albertocristino.com. A simple reply to an outreach email is also sufficient.
Website data
The contact form collects your name, email address, and message. These details are sent to Alberto through Resend, the site’s email-delivery provider. The newsletter form collects your email address and records where you subscribed; this is stored in the site’s Lovable Cloud database. The site’s private command center also uses Lovable Cloud for account authentication and storage.
The booking link opens Google Calendar. Some project videos are embedded from Kinescope, and the site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page or resource requested, and may process data under their own privacy terms. Other portfolio media is served through the website’s hosting and storage services.
The site stores one session-only browser preference to remember whether the opening animation has already played. No advertising or marketing analytics were found in the current public website implementation. Because no non-essential analytics or marketing cookies were identified, the site does not currently display a cookie consent banner. This will be reviewed if the site’s tools or tracking change.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect professional information and limit access to people and services that need it. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, business-development process, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version should show its latest revision date.
